Acupuncture? - Nebulous - Nov 6th, 2022

Have you tried acupuncture? If so, did it help you?

If not, would you like to try it?

No, and probably never would.

Have you tried it @Nebulous?

Nah. If I were to ever try it, I'd try it in a secluded place, like my hand only or something. I don't think I could make my entire body a pin cushion Monkas

Luckily I haven't had the need for it and hope not to.

@ShiraNoMai: I hadn't considered you can do it in a single area rather than your whole body. Even then, I hate needles so I can't imagine even in a secluded spot I'd be happy about it unless I was looking away and unable to feel the pins going in. Monkas

I never tried it but I would be open to it.  I heard it doesn't hurt.

I have never tried. I don't believe it nor do I need it. I think it's a scam to be honest. I find stretching, traditional massages, and just being active to be most effective.

I believe there's some form of science to it, but the stuff they sell you on in regards to its functionality and such are absolutely BS lol

But you're correct, stretching, traditional massages and being active are all great things for your body.

This was a neat video explaining exactly what the "muscle knots" we feel are:
