I seem to have broke Universal Gaming while trying to send my favorite iPhone emoji Is this a known issue?

This is a known problem with using emoji as the forum currently does not support UFT-8 encoding within posts. It's something I've been trying to work out how to solve as the forum won't convert itself to UTF-8 with the built-in conversion tools so I need to figure out where on the backend is stopping the conversion from working.

So after spending most of my day making sure I wouldn't break something before doing it, I've converted the board to use uft8mb4 encoding which allows emoji support to work without the forum screaming at you.
