Oh, what the US Open is going on now? I completely forgot about when it was going to be happening. So you're into tennis at least a bit, eh? Cool. I don't play it, had a go earlier this year, but prefer watching, although I mainly watch Wimbledon. Was looking forward to seeing Serena back there, but became sick of the whole going on about how she's a mother and playing tennis. Watched some of her games and did like what I saw of her form this time (have watched her before she became pregnant of course). I know she was playing before then, but was my first viewing of her playing since she returned. Anyway, I didn't want to see her win the whole tournament so soon, and hoped someone would show there's still competition out there, so was rooting against her in the two matches when I saw there was. Was glad she made it to the final, and so now I'll be rooting for her properly next year. Unless she meets whoever the top British player is...although Konta and them haven't done well recently.   For the US Open I haven't watched any yet obviously, but hope Serena gets far there too.

Yea, she is kind of full of herself. But she's the best, so she's allowed to be, imho.

Yep, an outdoor mall. An indoor mall with a working carousel. And, queenzelda who I arranged to meet at the indoor mall with the carousel, along with her hubby Jing next weekend. Can't wait. I'm looking to get a cat for my aunt this weekend, since she's not a dog person.

I was going to call you out saying "Retail Archeology has a few videos of a mall in AZ that has a wal mart attached!"

But then I remembered you are not longer in AZ .


The wal marts I have been to (sans one) have always been very limited in selections (which sucks when your only options for food is WalMart wtih a limited ass selection of foods, and a Meijer[Great lake region supermarket chain that was founded and HQ'd in Michigan] which has higher prices) Mix that in with workers and customers who were just weird at best, in polite assholes at worse.

Oh and then the WalMart by my house turned in to one with a grocery section but still lacks a good selection, also has had a few bomb threat calls to it <_<.

Sports cars, video games & the smell of a new video game right after you open it out of the package & it spells like static plastic.. Yea. Lazy nights, & fun summer times riding roller coaster rides, late October & Halloween dressing up & scaring the neighbor kids. Always a good time.

I don't know why it bugs me that in that video the coaster keeps changing between a wooden and steel coaster.

Yea, I want to ride the first roller coaster the Switchback Railway. But when Coney Island went under I think it was buried underwater.
