France, Italy or Spain. Nowhere else has ever really been of interest to me in Europe.

PS4. Switch would be closer but I've got a bigger backlog and library of games on PS4 to get through compared to Switch.

Currently, no. I expect we would in the future though when we're a bit older and have our own house and are both financially stable to handle the costs of a child.

Ooh, that's a tough one. Probably Spyro The Dragon, as I find myself reminiscing that game the most, even before the possibility of it getting a remake.

Absolutely. Some of the base MyBB stuff is annoying such as thread links always going to the last post in the thread and not the first unread post, but fortunately that can be remedied by tinkering with the php files that generate the links. Customisation is also way easier thanks to the complete freedom you get, whereas ZB would require JS to hide or drastically change things.
