I'll go with Hayao Miyazaki.

YouTube or TikTok?

RE: This or That? - ShiraNoMai - May 26th, 2024

...you know what, in recent times (and I don't even have this damn app installed) I actually find TikTok content way more entertaining than anything YouTube has shoveled out. Don't get me wrong, I love my subscribed channels, but like, when I think about the broad spectrum of content across both platforms, I think entertainment wise you get more out of the shortform style of TikTok.

Hard wood floors or carpeted floors?

RE: This or That? - Kyng - May 26th, 2024

Carpeted floors... maybe that's because I'm British, and that's all that most of us have (except in kitchens and bathrooms, and even there, we typically have lino rather than hard wood!)

Watch a slapstick comedy or a gritty war epic?

RE: This or That? - Moonface - Jun 10th, 2024

Slapstick comedy.

Front seat or back seat as a passenger in a car with multiple passengers? (Basically do you always want shotgun or no?)

RE: This or That? - ShiraNoMai - Jun 13th, 2024

Shotgun! Though I never mind the back, it's fine. I just always have an inate urge because of my prior history of being denied access to that seat due to my low weight growing up (it's deemed unsafe to ride in the front if you're under 100lbs for risk of an airbag being deployed being more harmful than protective).

Roses or tulips?

Whilst relaxing, sitting in a chair or lying in bed/on couch/sofa?

RE: This or That? - ShiraNoMai - Jul 8th, 2024

Full relax requires laying, definitely.

Headache or stomachache?

RE: This or That? - Kyng - Jul 14th, 2024

Headache, I guess.

Friday or Saturday?

RE: This or That? - Moonface - Jul 18th, 2024

Saturday. Despite having to get up earlier on that day of the week for work than any other day I'm regularly scheduled for, it also generally means I have a couple of days off before going back to work.

24 hour clock or 12 hour clock?

RE: This or That? - Mr EliteL - Jul 19th, 2024

I can work with either but prefer reading a 24-hour clock digitally anyway, but prefer talking in 12-hour format because people don't go around saying 17 o'clock or something. Imagine if a 24-handed clock was a normal thing though, oh god no.

Charging electrical items overnight or charging during the day?

RE: This or That? - Kyng - Jul 19th, 2024

Overnight.

Steam trains or electric trains?

RE: This or That? - ShiraNoMai - Jul 21st, 2024

Steam all the way. Electric is real neat, logistically and practically, but steam trains are such a thing to admire.

Sweet & Salty or Sweet & Spicy?

RE: This or That? - Kyng - Jul 21st, 2024

Sweet and spicy Smile .

Ravioli or lasagne?

RE: This or That? - Moonface - Aug 13th, 2024

Ravioli. I can't stand lasagna. Sick

Cheese or no cheese on a burger?
