July, because for better weather and motivation to do things during that. January is just too cold, though it has points for in away being a fresh new start to a year, you still don't want to begin potentially in rain, cold, ice or snow.

Depends where I live, because 30C in the UK would be awful considering the lack of A/C in homes. But considering that it's easier to find ways to keep warm than ways to keep cool, I'll pick the 0C option.
This is picking which term you prefer because both are the same thing: whipped cream (US) or squirty cream (UK)?

Whipped cream, because even as a UK dwelling person I don't ever use "squirty cream" to refer that type of stuff to. If I see it in stores I just "ah yes whipped cream", it's mainly due to whipped ice cream in my mind, even if that type of cream doesn't look like it is in a twirling shape.
