Was the country you are in a part of Yugoslavia before it broke apart (which would be the UN recognized countries of Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Macedonia, and the partially recognized country of Kosovo)

Yes, the country is one of the many that are forming a daisy chain of countries around the Black Sea.
