RE: Games Cause Violence; What Are You Getting Arrested For? - Moonface - Apr 22nd, 2024 @Mr EliteL: Can you actually murder that NPC and have them removed from the game or is it like DD1 where attacking an NPC in a settlement just gets you put in jail? Stardew Valley If you chose the option to do it during Leah's 10-heart event, you could get arrested for assaulting her ex. No idea who would arrest you because the valley features absolutely no law enforcing authority. I didn't get arrested for the guy who shadowed me though. Genshin Impact Timmie has had enough of the pigeon killing and called the Favonious Knights, who've had enough of Timmie crying to them, so have arrested me. RE: Games Cause Violence; What Are You Getting Arrested For? - Arcyriea - Sep 9th, 2024 I think Video games does not cause violence by their own, its the existential mentality of the gamers playing them that's the real cause behind this. Just generalizing Video Games for this problem isn't fair for most part. RE: Games Cause Violence; What Are You Getting Arrested For? - Mr EliteL - Sep 9th, 2024 @Arcyriea : Ah, that's a good comment. although this isn't quite the correct topic, could've sworn there's one like it but couldn't find it in General Gaming. Anyway, I think you misunderstood what this particular area/topic was really for, this is a silly forum game where based on a game we played last, we jokingly mention a heinous act we may have done there or completely made up but in the game's realm, something like: Mario Kart 8: Deluxe Sent Bowser Jr off the track, stealing his first place win so Bowser ordered the Koopalings to lock me up in his Castle. Minecraft I may or may not have nudged a couple of villagers off a tall platform to their deaths because I thought it would be funny. RE: Games Cause Violence; What Are You Getting Arrested For? - queenzelda - Oct 4th, 2024 Critter Cove Getting arrested for going out of bounds. (Since the game isn't complete yet. It is still early access. But I tried to go exploring the other islands I saw to get told they aren't ready yet and sent back a bit. lol) |
