By similar I meant the bar along the top. Not every result I saw had that or had the information in it displayed in the same way.

I actually had no idea what game it was. I've never played the Parasite Eve games and I only saw a bit of the first gamed during an RPG LImit Break event. But, I knew it looked a bit like a Resident Evil game, so I was trying to look up PS1 RE games with a Coca-Cola vending machine in them. Eventually I found my way to a "Top 60 underrated PS1 games" article, which had Parasite Eve 2 on it, which looked similar. So I looked it up and found the screenshot you posted.
I had actually looked up the first game to see if it was that one, but didn't find anything. Didn't know there was a second game until I happened across that article.

Well, I think this is a thread for people that don't use google image search at all. Searching the answer kinda kills the general idea behind this game.
Not sure if You googled the answer or genuinely knew it, but yeah - it's James Bond Jr. for NES.

If you're going to reverse image search then please don't participate. The idea is to figure out the game by yourself and I will void any correct guess that is proven to be made by reverse image searching to get the answer.
Looking up the answer by using visual clues in the image is fine. Literally asking Google what the image is through a reverse search is not, and removes the point of the thread.
