9/10 I prefer Minun, but Plusle is still an adorable Pika-clone, and actually come to think of it, the first one to exist!

7/10 I was going to go with 6, but then I remembered Weepinbell comes next, which I would rate lower and Victreebel I'd rate higher. Bellsprout being the first purely plant-based Pokémon it's pretty good I think. (I know Bulbasaur kinda is a plant but to me it's an animal that's naturally fused with a plant)...whoops I forgot Oddish comes before Bellsprout in the Pokédex, OK one of the first plant Pokémon.

Honestly, 10/10. Very cool Pokemon design that goes double for its name, an inverse of itself!

6/10. It's not bad but not necessarily amazing? I also wish the Pokemon was more known. I had no idea it existed in the gen it did when I played it (this was the start of obscure evolutions: you had to evolve a female Snorunt using a Dawn Stone)

2/10 A tea cup for Pokémon, k.....gets a 2 for the drop of tea pouring off looking like a tongue. Yeah it's a ghost that possessed the cup, but c'mon surely there was something better to possess. XD
