It was released for Nintendo 64 almost 2 decades after the initial release on another system.
The game revolves around sleep in some way.

40 Winks: Conquer Your Dreams or Ruff and Tumble

Was a hard one when I first saw it when first posted. Never heard of it either. Originally thought the character looked like a Lemming or something. Even though when I looked up Lemming games, no where near similar. XD All I had to do was search "n64 sleep" and got it, albeit other images being of characters in N64 games sleeping or looking like they are.
