Acupuncture? - Nebulous - Nov 6th, 2022 Have you tried acupuncture? If so, did it help you? If not, would you like to try it? RE: Acupuncture? - Moonface - Nov 8th, 2022 No, and probably never would. Have you tried it @Nebulous? RE: Acupuncture? - ShiraNoMai - Nov 9th, 2022 Nah. If I were to ever try it, I'd try it in a secluded place, like my hand only or something. I don't think I could make my entire body a pin cushion RE: Acupuncture? - Mr EliteL - Nov 9th, 2022 Luckily I haven't had the need for it and hope not to. RE: Acupuncture? - Moonface - Nov 9th, 2022 @ShiraNoMai: I hadn't considered you can do it in a single area rather than your whole body. Even then, I hate needles so I can't imagine even in a secluded spot I'd be happy about it unless I was looking away and unable to feel the pins going in. RE: Acupuncture? - popopdc - Nov 12th, 2022 I have never tried. I don't believe it nor do I need it. I think it's a scam to be honest. I find stretching, traditional massages, and just being active to be most effective. RE: Acupuncture? - ShiraNoMai - Nov 12th, 2022 I believe there's some form of science to it, but the stuff they sell you on in regards to its functionality and such are absolutely BS lol But you're correct, stretching, traditional massages and being active are all great things for your body. This was a neat video explaining exactly what the "muscle knots" we feel are: |
