For example:
Crash Bandicoot 4: Modern Warfare
Mario Party: Vegas
Main titles do not need to have originally had a subtitle that you're swapping out for a different one btw. If a game doesn't have a subtitle then you'd just be giving it one from somewhere else.

That first game title you made makes me want to try making mock-up covers of some of these games. A Cooking Mama box art but with The Rock on it instead but in that games art style sounds hilarious to me.
