QoL Features You Like, Dislike, or Wish For? - Moonface - Dec 24th, 2024

Last night I was playing some Grounded and needed to remap one of my key bindings because too many actions were assigned to the same key, and something I absolutely wished for in that moment was a feature where when you're remapping keyboard controls that you could see a keyboard overlay that indicates what keys are currently assigned and which ones are free, instead of having to scroll up and down the controls list checking if a key you're considering is already in use. I don't know if there's any games out there that do do this, but god I wish this would become a standard feature so remapping controls is easier.

What quality of life features in games do you wish for?
Or are there games that added a QoL feature that you didn't know you needed until you got it, or did the opposite occur where something intended to be a QoL feature was actually a bad thing for you (i.e. forced EXP share in an RPG game)?
