The Older Scrolls V: Skyrim
A version of Skyrim designed for the Atari 2600. The graphics are a little less breathtaking, and some of the quests are slightly simplified.

I guess it takes place in a Minecraft world but all you do is make wine. Not very exciting but I don't know enough about wine making to come up with gameplay ideas.

You trade weed for speed and try to become a drug baron while the police try to chase you down in high speed chases. Trade more drugs and build your empire to get better cars and eventually even buy off the police themselves.

Street Lighter
You're a maintenance worker in the middle of night, well evening, aiming to fix the lights of a city for normal citizens but have to fight off thugs who are causing havoc in a Beat 'Em Up game. The "plot" can lead into the night escorting important people or people who need to get home, dealing with thug bosses and for the final/extra level supernatural beings come out to play. Can be one night or across multiple nights.

The Lord of the Tings
Noticing the power that Tings grant to Rayman, the evil Mr. Dark sets about creating the One Ting, a powerful blue crystal ball that can grant eternal life by putting its owner in a constant state of obtaining 1-Up's from gathering 100 regular Tings. In a fierce battle with the Great Protoon, Mr. Dark loses possession of the One Ting, and it ends up in the possession of Rayman. Informed by the old and wise Gandalf, Rayman sets out from his small home in the Glade of Dreams with Globox (Sam) and two Teensies to destroy the One Ting. During their travels, they meet various other characters of other civilizations and races, and at a gathering in the Great Fairy Council, a fellowship is constructed that includes Barbara of the Barbarians, the Magician of the Mages, Clark of the Giants, and Murfy of the Greenbottles. They must be careful though, for Mr. Dark has enlisted the help of the Dark Lums, who seek to remove all light from the world.
(I love that Rayman actually has a Gandalf character that I could use for this. XD)
