It's exactly the same as FMA, but instead of automail everyone uses various plants to replace missing limbs, similar to this. Edward gets a flower to replace his limbs though, which he gets made fun of alongside his small stature.

@Moonface : That reminds me when you come up with alternate lyrics randomly either to a song you're hearing on the radio or just one that popped into your head and you changed them into something rude/silly.
