All I want from this is the info for when SMT V is going to release and then my E3 will be made.

Then I will preorder it and wait patiently....
A mistake made earlier today by the official Japanese website for the game has basically confirmed this will be at E3, with various details posted up that were promptly removed. If you do not wish to wait until Nintendo's E3 presentation, everything from the official website is in the spoiler.

From what I read in that leak it definitely feels like it going for a feel pretty similar to Nocturne but I am wondering will the characters be more likable? Nocturne doesn't really have many likable characters in it. XD

Since it was really rough and doesn't probably warrant its own thread, here's a list of the games Ubisoft showed for their conference:

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - Moonface - Jun 12th, 2021

Holy fuck, Ubisoft might have managed to be on par with EA for worst conference presentation. It was just so stoic and lifeless that everything was just underwhelming even if they had shown a huge game.

I might care more for Mario + Rabbids when I play the original one day, but holy shit that Rabbid Luma is cursed to hell and beyond. It is now canon that a Rabbid and a Luma have banged and produced a nightmare.

Avatar having a game 12 years after the first movie and without any sign of the sequel yet seems just....oddly timed. The hype of that world is just entirely dead in the water right now and I can't see many people being excited for this game when nothing else has been happening with the IP.

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - ShiraNoMai - Jun 12th, 2021

It'll be 13 years by the time the game allegedly comes out XD

Gearbox absolutely holds record for worst presentation so far. It wasn't even something you could even call a presentation. IT was a live vlog stroking Randy Pitchford's massive ego LOL

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - Moonface - Jun 12th, 2021

Yeah, Gearbox was rough purely because it didn't seem to really be about anything but Randy Pitchford just making himself the center of attention for however long it dragged on for. I think the only two announcements were Homeworlds 3 and something to do with the Borderlands movie, but the latter was a minor mention and the latter just looked like the stage crew were wishing Randy would go away. It wasn't even boring content, it was just devoid of any reason to exist except for Pitchford's ego.

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - Karo - Jun 12th, 2021

Yes Randy Pitchfork the famous guy that apparently leaves random usb lying around with magical squirt porn and company document lying around. Truly that man has blessed us with his E3 presentation!

It is a bit odd, but who knows, maybe it could turn out to be a good open-world game? I'll wait until we see some more developed footage before I make any judgements on it, but making an open-world game based off of Pandora could be potentially good. Just depends on if Ubisoft can actually deliver something above sub-par levels for once.

Ubisoft I missed the first half of, and glad I did. Although what came after wasn't great to me anyway, a little bump up with Mario + Rabbids but doubt I'll have any proper interest in the game itself. Rosalina better be a playable character if the trend continues of there being Rabbid versions of Mario characters and the playable ones are alongside the true versions as units/the party. Where was Yoshi though.

Devolver Digital brought life into today's conferences. Gearbox I barely paid any attention to, I didn't even realise it was meant to be a part of E3, just thought it was some random video promoting the Borderlands movie, then wondered who the heck is this guy talking to Kevin Hart as I didn't know who Pitchford was XD .

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - ShiraNoMai - Jun 13th, 2021

Devolver's was gold, even if they didn't necessarily show much in terms of games (all the games I cared about were shown at Summer Games Fest). Their continued saga of meta insanity is always welcome.

I mean, have you seen their NFT? Shame they're all sold out Shifty  https://merch.devolverdigital.com/products/devolver-maxpass-non-fuckwithable-tape

True, but I can't even think of the last time Ubisoft put out a game that was actually really good on all fronts. Everything they make gets a massive price cut within weeks of coming out. Eh

I don't think Yoshi is in the game, because the official website doesn't list him and there's seven out of nine confirmed characters, and Bowser is likely another because he features on some of the promotional art alongside the other characters. Weird that Yoshi got cut though.
Pitchford is the prick who other than doing what @Karo said, also was responsible for the utter travesty that was Colonial Marines. Glare

Devolver was very entertaining, and I've never actually watched any of their conferences before but saw the 2017 and 2018 ones on Trihex's stream, and they were both really fun. I need to watch the other ones they've done. XD

I expect the best presentation is going to come down between Microsoft and Nintendo. Microsoft always put on a good presentation even if I don't take interest in a lot of the stuff they show, but Nintendo could come out with some big hitters that helps give them a strong showing.

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - Dragon Lord - Jun 13th, 2021

Square Enix showing about4 to start! Can't wait to see if that FF Souls-like with KT is going to be true! For the first time in ever, I'm actually super hyped for the Square Enix conference.

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - Moonface - Jun 13th, 2021

Almost the entire conference so far has been Marvel stuff. Babylon's Fall is on now and seems to be the first game getting decent time that isn't Marvel.

RE: E3 2021 | "Virtually" Indestructible - Dragon Lord - Jun 13th, 2021

I went from being super hyped for this conference, to being like, holy crap please put me out of my misery this conference is god awful.

The FF 1-6 Pixel Remaster thing is interesting, though being Mobile/Steam only kills some of the interest in it.
