Update: I've added a menu onto the mobile theme that gives you access to all the links that were missing before. I did it pretty much blind so I can't promise it's bug free or perfect yet.

I think that's because those yellow emoticons aren't supposed to be showing up at all. Only the purple ones that match the Universe theme should be showing up. Good find, though. I think most people use the fast reply, so who knows how long that would have gone unnoticed.
