lp0 on fire is an old printer status error. :p
Is it an error printers actually showed or is it just some form of IT speak that developed to signify a printer error between people when communicating? If the former, why would it be Ip0 because I don't get it. Unsure

It was/is an actual error message. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lp0_on_fire

LP0 stands for Line Printer 0 (or the first printer in the system), computers start count at 0 not 1 (kind of like how we count in base 10, starts with 0 and ends at 9 there is 10 different digits starting with 0)
