I've been waffling over purchases lately, and I'm glad I am because I noticed my monthly check hadn't deposited correctly this month so I'm short my usual funds!
Aside from some bigger travel expenditures (flights, accommodations, etc) related to my friend's upcoming wedding, I recently got an upgraded wireless mouse for my laptop, as my previous one lost consistent middle click input (which made playing Grounded, where I mapped Interact with that input, a pain). It's a G305, nothing fancy. It's a tad lighter than my previous, and has the advent of extra buttons on the side so I can have my beloved "Ctrl + S" and "Ctrl + T" shortcut macros back
Did nab some stuff for our place now that we've removed a large amount of unused furniture in our place, with the exception of this bench that is suddenly out of stock.
Didn't get this cuz it's not necessary right now, but it's very cute for our little front porch area. :3

A model of an LMS 'Black 5' steam locomotive:
https://www.themodelcentre.com/372-137b
It was about £50 off where I got it (£122.37, vs. an RRP of £174.95), so I thought it was worth getting at that discount. And, it runs rather well!
And yes, I know it's available a bit cheaper on the website I linked - but, I don't mind, because I was supporting a local business by buying it in-person !

Sorry for the double-post (I hope it's OK, since it's been 3 months!) - but, I purchased a new laptop yesterday, which arrived today.
My old one was still working, but it had broken hinges, and several keys on the keyboard weren't working properly, which made typing rather onerous. So, this time, I got a Lenovo LOQ (which I've heard has better build quality than the ASUS TUF I had previously). Another reason why I got this computer was because I found it for £250 off (£1049.99, as opposed to £1299.99).
I've spent today getting it set up, and re-downloading various games. I'm not done with that yet - but it's rather liberating, being able to type properly again .

A pink windows laptop since I love to read stuff online and post on forums when I feel up to it. I got an Auusda 14.1" FHD Light Pink Laptop. It's not available on amazon anymore but it was during the amazon sales, and I love it.

A couple of 'Grampus' wagons for my model railway:
https://www.hattons.co.uk/directory/vehi...FZaMdd_T_i
These would've carried ballast for the railway tracks (basically, the little rock things that go underneath the rails in order to support them). Not the most glamorous of wagons, but they fulfilled an essential task!
