I've been to the following in my life time so far:

MLB
Oriole Park at Camden Yards (Orioles, of course)
Citizens Bank Park (Phillies)
Nationals Park (Nationals, of course)
PNC Park (Pirates)

Minor League Baseball
Ripken Stadium (Ironbirds)

NFL
M&T Bank Stadium (Ravens)
Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles)
Memorial Stadium (Ravens first ever home game)

NCAA Football
SECU Stadium (Maryland)
Navy–Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (Navy)

I wished I didn't go so late into the seeing other Stadiums thing.

I haven't been to any live games but have visited Wimbledon, and Anfield Liverpool FC Stadium.

Racing is considered a sport and well they're not exactly stadiums, but have been to Italy's Monza, and UK's Silverstone and Brands Hatch tracks to watch live racing.

If it's anything classified as an actual stadium, then zero I believe. The O2 in London is at best an arena, and AEW Revolution 2022 was also in an arena. I actually doubt I'd ever go to a stadium for any event or other reason only because I don't see myself having a reason to be near or in any.

I think just my local football stadium. I've also been outside the Camp Nou in Barcelona, but didn't get to go in.

And I've been to the Donington Park racetrack, if that counts!
