Grounded | Sequel Announced

I've played some on Grounded 2 since I have Xbox gamepass and was able to play what's available atmo, which takes an easy 3 to 4 days to beat. I'd say to wait myself since it's still in early access.

Did you play the first game too or is this your first time playing anything Grounded? Just curious if so as to whether anything feels better/improved over the first game in your opinion.


The one thing I do think based mostly on the marketing materials is that the scale of objects in this game seems to be even more off than it was in Grounded 1. No matter how often I see an overall shot of the park it just doesn't feel sized right. I'm not necessarily meaning it needs to be bigger than it is, rather I just find it lacks a sense of believability or something? Maybe on the ground it's less noticeable like it is in G1, because the only time the scale really stood out to me as being off in the first game was whenever I was very high up or getting wide shots that put items on opposite ends of the yard within the players view at the same time. The shed for example looks really off if you view it from an angle that lets you compare its size against the house.

Na I actually started with the second game. I've heard the first one is good. I'll see if it's on gamepass & give it a whirl. 👍
