I feel like the subject has come up between us before because I have it too, but I can't remember for the life of me.
Are your finals just for this semester or was it the finals of the overall course?
I went on a bit of a search in my post history for lack of anything better to do and realized I left this unanswered xD I was exaggerating at the time but I'm on a mental health track to get tested. My doctors and therapists seem convinced I have it. I have perpetual brain fog, anxiety, fidgeting, mood swings, decision paralysis, forgetfulness, let alone poor attention span. It could be other things though like bipolar disorder. Not sure. I haven't been able to find a psychologist that takes my insurance to find out, so on the meantime I'm just feeling a bit helpless.

So I stayed extra to cover half of the afternoon, Saturdays are always a good time *ahem*. Then tomorrow just me and the new kid, who happens to be in for all the day but I'm not so it'll be a good test for him, ha....ha, Sundays. There'll be a manager to help when I'm not there though. I'm guessing whatever it was wasn't too terrible if they were able to come in and tell you and the manager they were taking themselves to A&E. I do wonder why they didn't just call in instead though?

Ah. Well I hope you find someone who can officially diagnose you, because it really does feel like a night and day difference once you start taking medications that help with whatever you end up diagnosed with. When I got diagnosed I wasn't even looking to get diagnosed with ADHD in the first place, because I was just seeing my psychologist over depression/anxiety but after some time where she felt it wouldn't be adding onto my mental load she diagnosed me on the spot with it because in her words I was the "textbook definition of someone with ADHD" to the point she didn't even bother doing any sort of tests with me. XD
My day yesterday went in no way I expected it to go. I was suffering with yet another headache that I couldn't get rid of even with medicine and my cold head wrap, but I managed to somewhat alleviate it during my drive home from taking @ ShiraNoMai to the train station so I thought I could spend my evening doing a load of stuff. Instead, I basically slept 90% of the time from 2:30pm until 6am going by my Fitbit tracking. I tried getting up at around 8pm but fell asleep on the couch within less than an hour, so when I stirred at some point I decided to just go back to bed. I didn't even feel properly rested when I woke at 6am but forced myself to get up because I wanted to make sure I had time to eat before I went to class today since I basically didn't eat anything since before noon yesterday.

So far, my week's mostly just been work . It's been tough (trying to make a very old system look more modern, with as much coding trickery as I can), but I am making progress .
For the next couple of days, though, I'll be going away with my girlfriend. It's a bit last-minute - but, since we didn't get the chance to go away in the summer, I thought we should do something like that before the end of the year!
