There are two I quite like, one it's from Mega Man Zero 4:

In the Mega Man ZX Advent there is a funny boss with a guitar that says interesting stuff:

Having seen a lot of this game since this post was made, DD has so many memorable quotes, elevated greatly by the voice of the narrator saying them.

This quote by Meowth is probably the best quote in all of Pokémon:

Just saw this quoted on Reddit in response to a question about being worried of going to hell and just really liked this, even if I doubt this guy said this exact quote:

Bumping this to share a rather somber quote from a book called Kill Six Billion Demons: 

The hand is the most beautiful part of a human being, and is capable of nearly infinitely other things than parting men from their ghosts. Once you touch the sword, a terrible tragedy will occur, and your hand will slowly lose this ability. Over time, it will cease to be a hand, and become a sword.

Saw this on a discussion about when Britain had over 400,000 pets euthanized in preparation for WW2, which by itself is already a horrifically dark thing to learn about without that quote just adding onto the pile.
