I could recognize the characters when I first saw the image weeks ago but I just could not remember the name of the game. I found it by looking up "ps4 jrpg party battle" and luckily got a result way into the page that was this exact screenshot, except this is a Vita game. The only reason it came up was because the caption attached to the image was someone wanting it on PS4. XD
Anyway, the game is Freedom Wars. I remember the name now that I see it again. I did try a lot of crazy searches to figure out what this was though and hated knowing I recognized it but lacked the name.
