It would, but it turns out US PS2's had a different resolution for games than UK PS2's, so my PS2 doesn't display an image properly as a result. Pain in the arse because I can't play the few games I brought over with it, but I guess it just means I need to find something to hook it up to that can output the resolution it needs.
