I have no idea why I care but this just randomly came to my mind right now and so I'm just gonna ask it: what does Asda pay hourly nowadays? Since I know they usually give everyone a pay increase once a year so I'd figure it's hopefully gone up a fair bit in the 8+ years since I left there.

Ah, I didn't answer your last question about sprite animation. Hmm, I remember when I read it before but couldn't settle on an answer and still sort of can't, but the first that comes to mind I really like are the animations from Blazblue's Hazama. He's just so stylish, they have him constantly make sure he keeps his fedora on during his moves, well the ones where it could fall off, instead of letting it magically remain there.

Ah, well if you have multiple ones you like then don't feel compelled to have to whittle it down to your singular favourite.
I also never realized Hazama was from Blazblue but I don't know what else I thought he was from. I just know I've always felt he looks like an AU Gin with green hair and Kubo fedora drip.

Yeah I hadn't realised it went up by that much already, but I started in the £9's I believe, or maybe very high £8, I really can't remember what it was. Sometimes it would go up by a certain small amount then another slightly larger than that amount later on but on average yeah about that (50p), or it was vice-versa (large-ish amount then small) and I'd always think just why not do one increase, but whatever.

Yeah the mystery of the character and his similarity to Gin did draw me to him, they guy portrayed himself in the story as someone who couldn't fight (he wasn't playable in the first Blazblue but appeared in the story/scenes), and started Continuum Shift like that and you just knew there was going to be something big about him. Terumi who I also like pretty much shares Hazama's visual design (they shared a body, but then were split into two) apart from some different attire, though I prefer Hazama over Terumi.

Huh, so somehow I got into reading about the GCSE exam system and discovered it has really, really changed since we took it. Firstly it doesn't use letter grades anymore, and there's also way more languages to pick than what we were offered. Since language seems to be mandatory now, I'm curious which one you would pick from this list:

Ooh and damn they've got a bigger choice for languages now? We only had French, German and Spanish. Wish all that was available when we were in school doing GCSEs, though my opinion might've been different back when we were doing that curriculum. My opinion now though would be I'd be jumping at Japanese, Chinese and quite possibly Ancient Greek and Latin, mainly because of mythology and stuff. What is Gujurati though? *checks* Ah, from India.

Yeah, there's a load of other classes that are available now for GCSE too like psychology and stuff. The real test though is whether any secondary schools have actually learned that graphic design doesn't mean CDT.
I don't even know what language I'd pick from the new ones offered now. I didn't really know anything about manga or anime to have a conscious interest in Japan to pick that language, so I'd probably end up still picking French or I might consider Spanish, just because at that time those were the only two European countries I would go to so I'd view learning one of those languages as useful. Classical Greek would be the only new addition I'd have maybe considered taking just because it would probably sound cool to teenage me.

Ah forgot to answer this, but I hadn't seen that before and did watch it a little after seeing that in your post. I wasn't keeping up with WWE during that time, I was a little after early '24, which was probably why I didn't come across it, or didn't watch if it did get recommended, but was funny.

Aww, yeah this is such a classic moment because Cody and Jey weren't told ahead of time they were attending the press conference, so they got drunk in Cody's bus after their match and thus showed up to this intoxicated when someone came to get them unannounced. Future press conferences made sure everyone knew they were attending or not to avoid this from happening again.
