Inside the spoiler is the game play & my impressions of the game so IF you do NOT want this game spoiled for you then DO NOT READ THE SPOILER. Thank you. :3
(Note: the more '**' show is how much further I've gotten in my gameplay then from the last time I posted an update. ;3)
I'm in the middle of trying to decide what to name Link. I was thinking 'Cloud' just to throw some streetpassers off. XD But na; I decided to name him after one of my oc's; 'Eran' instead.
OMG: the game kinda starts the same way that Skyward Sword does; with Link having a nightmare. 'Cept in Skyward Sword Link's woken up by a bird delivering a letter from Zelda & not some random kid waking him up as in ALBW's. xD
The kid's name is Gulley & he's the one who wakes Link up from his nightmare. Find out your dad 'Papa' is steaming mad that your late 'again'. So you have to follow him to the shop. So of course I will. *Ok, I follow behind the guy & half way across his front door step he stops short to tell me to stop & save at weather vanes. (Ha this is game reminds me a lot of Skyward Sword; just for the 3DS seeing as the bird statues you save at are called weather vanes in this iteration & look more like birds is all; lmao.) I love how the bird wakes up & spins around in order to save on parchment paper on the screen bellow. (OMG I just realized that in a way Nintendo stole this idea from FF9; in which a Moogle saves almost the exact same way: just in a book & not on parchment paper is the only real difference that I can tell.) **Ok, done saving & now am following behind where Gulley headed on the screen. the game shows you where he's heading & you follow him behind as Link. I started to head off in the wrong direction in order to do some exploring & the little newb came back & caught me trying to head off on my own. Gulley(*cough*Navi*cough*) "Where the fuuu you think your going? We gotta go this way!" (Not the true text but it's the gist lol) Btw you get three saves with this title btw; which I thought is awesome. :3 Oh I've gotten further in the game then I did from above. I had to save & quit then go to bed cause it was almost 4PM by the time I hit the hey. XD
***Made my way to Papa's home & meet the Captain of the Hyrule guard. First impression is that he reminds me of the guy your sailing around with from Phantom Hourglass, & second impression is how much I hate his uniform. D: XD (The uniforms in this title are just awful looking; impo. But my favorite Hyrule solider uniform is those worn in Twilight Princess. I'm oddish thou.) The guard left after getting his shield from Papa but the boob left behind his sword so Link of course was asked to deliver it to him. Left from Papa's house & headed over to Hyrule castle. Once there Link's told he went to the Sanctuary; so I head there. Once there Link meets Seres & Dampe. Seres heads in to get the Captain of the guard but finds evil instead! Link makes his way into the obvious secret graveyard way into the Sanctuary. Once inside the Sanctuary; Seres is turned into a picture by the main villain & Link tries to stop him but the bad guy fwops himself into the wall as art which knocks Link out & the bad guy kicks him out of the way and then leaves.
Once Link wakes up he finds a purple suited intruder who helped him to his house. He asks if he can stay & I let him; he gives Link a smelly old bracelet to wear & Link then makes his way to the castle to tell Zelda what's going on. Once at Hyrule castle Link tells his story to Lady Impa (lol Impa is old again; as in Skyward Sword: lmao) & she allows Link in to speak with Zelda. Once Link meets with Zelda; she tells him that she had a dream about him. She hands over one of the pendants & tells Link to go to Kakariko Village & speak to Sahashrala. Once I did all of that he sends me over to the first temple of the game; which is to the north east of the map in game. Once I arrive at the temple; I find that the temple is locked I need an item to open it. Find a sign from the purple guy & head back to my house. Once there he explains things to me & lets me borrow the item after talking to him for some time. I saved & quit at the weather vane next to Link's house before I went to bed for the night.
Something else that bugs me is that this game is like most of the others I've played on the 3DS saying; hey you've been playing a while maybe you want to take a break. <.< UGH!
