Not bad, though really the Babies? I suppose they fit more with the being on a kart/bike or it might be too big. Anyway not for me but interesting to see the type of shapes they'll use like for Yoshi's nose and other round pieces.

So I couldn't remember all the sets and while looking back at the news post on the Lego website I decided to search Mario Kart for the heck of it and turns out all the sets are now listed with Coming Soon tags: https://www.lego.com/en-us/themes/super-...ction=DESC

I decided to look at the Yoshi set to see if it had more pictures of it and one of the images shows the back of the box, which has images showing the Mario, Luigi and Peach figures that already exist as being compatible with all the Mario Kart karts. I checked the other sets and they all have this feature, so it isn't that the non-baby versions don't fit (a fair guess though, I thought that was going to be the reason but then I saw the DK set) but rather Lego just doesn't want to bother selling a set with a character that is already in another set. Moreso considering the Mario, Luigi and Peach models have that electronic interactive feature in them which would probably bump up the price of a Mario Kart set if they were included.

I'm still looking at all the fine details in this thing.

It's bigger in scale than any of my other models: I'm guessing its roughly 1:10 scale. It's certainly too big for minifigures!

Yea, my favorite Animal Crossing villager is actually Julian because he's a unicorn.

Yea, it is. Also the smaller animal crossing packs are cheap compared to the Legend of Zelda ones. Oof. 😖
