No; each country has an official name and a map name. Like China being "the People's Republic of China", and Taiwan is "the Republic of China". Czechia was the odd man out, because it was always known only as "the Czech Republic", at least to English speakers, after it split with Slovakia. But Czechia has been making a push to be called by its map name, so do make sure you call it that. Be nice to Czechia.
