My current 8 year old laptop is due for a change. Went with something budget-friendly, yet future proof. Nothing too fancy, but I'm happy to finally be able to play some games again. I couldn't be bothered to build it myself, knowing me, in my excitement I'd break something.  Should arrive sometime next week.

Yeah, that should be good enough for a good few years. Makes my computer rig wanna cry just looking at it. Then again, my rig is a used PC with a mid-level graphics card shoved in it, so *shrug*.

Ideally was looking for a setup around 2.5k. Then realized I needed a 4k monitor. Didn't want to spend like 1500 for a monitor, so found the Odyssey G8 a very nice option for only 600.
So all in all, for 3100 I'm pretty happy.
I could go fancier with more fans, cables, etc, but this will do for now.
