I'm not really a travelling guy, or have many places I'd want to go to. I don't have a list either, but I did glance through that video. Australia does seem like one of the more interesting places to visit. From outside of my home country of the UK, I've only been to Italy (weekend for Formula 1), Belgium and Florida. If I did have to make a list of countries I'd visit, I wouldn't be counting Australia out completely.

I did learn from the video it has a crap ton of beaches, and would be incredible to see the Great Barrier Reef in person, though I'm very poor at swimming so darn.

The primary reason I wouldn't travel to Australia is simply the lengthy travel time involved. 8-9 hours just from Florida to England can turn into a slog, so I can't imagine doing 3x that amount.

If that wasn't a factor, it could maybe be a place I'd go to but I would be paranoid the entire time of encountering any of the Fallout-esque wildlife that sets off my "nope" receptors. Tongue

I, the Philosophical Sponge of Marbles, send you on a quest for the Golden Chewing Gum of the Whoop-A-Ding-Dong Desert under the sea!

It'd be nice - but given the immense cost and the lengthy travel time, I would need a *very* good reason to go there!

I have an online friend who lives out there, though I would love to visit with her I can't because one it's expensive, and two I'm still getting treatment so that isn't happening anytime soon. Maybe if I was cured and won the lottery, sure I'd see about renting a private plane. Otherwise, even though it looks pretty out in Australia, there are a lot of nope spiders and roaches I am not fooling with. :| So its kinda a no from me.
