Is it an error printers actually showed or is it just some form of IT speak that developed to signify a printer error between people when communicating? If the former, why would it be Ip0 because I don't get it.

LP0 stands for Line Printer 0 (or the first printer in the system), computers start count at 0 not 1 (kind of like how we count in base 10, starts with 0 and ends at 9 there is 10 different digits starting with 0)

No idea it was a QA job and you know how much companies love QA (they don't).
I ended up getting a job that started on Sept 30th 2020.

Yes.
So long story short:
In my first yearly review I was told they wanted to promote me.

The Helpdesk had a lot of dead weight on it, there were only three good employees on it. We will call them, Ahole, Rockstar supvervisor, and myself, the other two HD people were unreliable and couldn't do things correctly.
Ahole got promoted to Sysadmin then shortly Rockstar supervisor left, leaving me HD severely understaffed with just 3 people (and it was bad before 8 physical sites and 5 HD staff now down to 3 2 of whom were useless). Shortly before Rockstar left, he told me I was suppose I ended up driving (I hate driving) to a further location every day early in the morning working 12+ hours a day in office, then working from home for 3 or 4 more hours after and working weekends at home too. I was putting in 80-100 hour weeks, while also people outside of IT were treating me as the supervisor complaining about the other 2 HD staff members and expecting me to fix their mistakes.

About 4 months later we get the opening for HD super, I apply and IT director acts like Im going to get it, then suddenly director goes silent. I get passed up for some outside MBA hire (Whom we will call MBA) Things started off well I thought ,but it was clear she was just busy micromanaging the sysadmins (which she had no authority over). MBA mismanages things to hell and back and just causes more issues. MBA gets promoted to IT Manager. Under MBA Management Helpdesk now has metrics and MBA only cares if numbers are good not "why things are failing" (lack of staff/support/people not responding back to HD when HD reaches out for the tickets). MBA with all her faults seems to at least care about me, and wants me to use my PTO which at this point I had a ton of. I take all of November off except the last two days. with in the first few days I get COVID inspite of just being at home (go figure). MBA continunes to mismanage, not follow though, causes more issues all with out recourse. MBA assigns tasks to the 2 useless people they keep failing at causing more work for me and other HD staff that come and go in this story. MBA thinks I have it out for them but I don't.

inspite of being just "entry level helpdesk" I sit in every interview for HD openings, I revise Company wide IT policies, I do sysadmin work.
We lose one of the useless HD people from the start of the story.

Fall of 2023 some jackass makes a left turn in to opposing traffic into me as I am at a green light, totaling my car as Im driving to a farther work site to start the day for some BS MBA has me do.
Find out short time later that Rockstar is coming back as HD Supervisor, finally some good news. MBA keeps fucking up, We lose Ahole and told that new opening for Sysadmin will be soon.
Rockstar is going to fight for me to get it, there is never an opening for it. MBA keeps messing up including on big migrations and causing other issues that could have big legal implications. Nothing is done.

Fastwordword to late summer/very early Fall of 2024 we lose Rockstar again. MBA keeps driving us to do more with less and less and less.
Sysadmin is finally open, I apply. I get overlooked for the remaining useless person, in spite of always being told I am suppose to get promoted, that I am working above my pay, that every year my reviews are perfect scores. Because "he has improved". (spoiler Sr. Sysadmin is not happy with him).
We lose the HD tech (who was 50/50) who worked my sites and the only other good HD tech.
We get a bunch of new hires for the HD (most of which are great) I start to feel better..I start to feel like Im healing from all this stress.

I keep working doing what Im doing. Week between Christmas and News Year of 2024, I have a cyst removed form my leg.
Early Jan I am told I have cancer (yet again, not the same type that I had back in 2012/2013) it wasn't a cyst it was a tumor for a super rare form of cancer (about 500 cases a year).
I start working from home due to just needing to control my surroundings more (which to be fair Director and MBA were super supporative of, and MBA was advocating for me a lot, MBA just sucks on the actual tech/management side people skills were better)

Get radiation,still working form home. Opening for HD Supervisor comes up. I apply.
I yet again get passed up for one of the new hires, I suggested we hire. He has no IT experence and he was only in since Oct of 24.
Fine what ever Im happy for him just...frustration. I do like working with/for him.

Shorty before I have my surgery (about 2 months ago at this point I think) MBA gets canned. Still recovering from surgery as healing is going super slow, and thats where I am now.

Oh and a lot of the staff have Masters degrees or higher.... yet they refuse to read, refuese to understand how to do thier jobs and think its IT's job to do thier jobs for them.
So yeah... both.

No wonder you disappeared, all that sheet happened to you. Screw the people who continuously overlooked you for someone who performed worse than you or were a recent hire, although at least one towards then end wasn't so bad. All those hours, yet probably doesn't make up for how much you've had to endure. Yeesh, may you have a positive recovery.
