Worst Anime Car Chase of All Time

I got to introduce one of my Wee Baby coworkers to the QUALITY van. This one is a classic. It's not that the art is bad; it's that the animation is wrong. Just, all of it. Everytime I watch it, I find something new. 10/10, all the notes, I miss the annotations.

I'm watching this as I'm typing this post, so I'm gonna just put my reactions as they naturally come to me in bullet points below:

• 1:11 - I liked the skid going on until the sudden 90 degree instant turn. Although it would still not be in reality, it could've slammed into the van blocking the way to maybe have it look better.
  
• 1:15 - What the heck is that man shooting from that gun?! Or is the van made of tinfoil?! XD
  
• 1:20 - Shout out to the window behind them being shot out, then instantly fixed not even 5 seconds later.
  
• 1:30 - I see consistency isn't gonna be a thing because now the back doors have a different appearance.
  
• Oh, never mind the point on the window, I realize now it's the busted doors behind it being shown. The angle just made it seem like the window was broken. XD
  
• 3:05 - What was my guy trying to achieve grabbing that door handle?!
  
• 3:15 - "They're faster than we are" and yet no attempt was made for the chasers to get in front and cut the van off.
  
• 3:30 - Uh, wow. Everything about that hit was.... something. That whole sequence of the van being hit just manages to outdo itself with something wrong every 10 seconds. The worst offender has to be the chasing van choosing to drive off the highway where the van fell off, and somehow managing to make it through the roof of the same building the van went through despite the fact the chasers wouldn't know where to aim for when driving off the highway. XD
  
• 4:45 - How is the chasing van underwater?! The other van came nowhere close to being submerged when it fell into the same pool!
  
• 6:05 - So much for the chasers losing them I guess?
  
• 6:25 - Yes girl with the red hair, have a face of joy as your friend drives the van down the stairs of a subway and got lucky not a single poor bastard was on those stairs.
  
• 6:32 - Nice scaling to make the van look like a Hot Wheels toy.
  
• 6:34 - I love that homie on the bench to the right of the frame couldn't give less of a fuck about what's happening.
  

Uh, wow. Well it wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be but maybe I'll rewatch it at some point with the annotations, which was a recommended video to me after finishing it and since I know you said you miss them Maniak, here it is: Worst Anime Car Chase of All Time w/ Annotations

The Dutch Grand Prix, at Zandvoort.

It's the last race there for the foreseeable future (they didn't extend their contract past this year) - which I just can't understand, since the sport must surely be enjoying a surge in popularity there thanks to Max Verstappen!

At least it was a good race, though, with a genuine battle for the lead - even if Max crashed out early on, denying the fans a chance to see their local hero past the first lap .
