@ShiraNoMai: I hadn't considered you can do it in a single area rather than your whole body. Even then, I hate needles so I can't imagine even in a secluded spot I'd be happy about it unless I was looking away and unable to feel the pins going in. Monkas

I have never tried. I don't believe it nor do I need it. I think it's a scam to be honest. I find stretching, traditional massages, and just being active to be most effective.
