Every time I've done a summary for a gaming presentation, whether it be a Nintendo Direct, a State of Play, or whatever, there's one thing that always gets under my skin in the aftermath, and that is how every single time information gets excluded that should've been shared in some form. For a recent example, yesterday's SoP had a trailer for Digimon Story Time Stranger, and this morning I just so happened to be curious if any extra info was shared about it online and low and behold, there was a full announcement made for various editions of that game right after the trailer dropped, but so far I haven't seen that news anywhere you wouldn't have to go out of your way for to find. I'm not saying the trailer needed to cover all the editions at the end of it, but at least where possible just add a snippet to the end saying "Visit x website for information about game editions" or something so folks know there's more to learn about that game after the presentation ends. Errm

Speaking of looking things up, any game that doesn't explain stuff to you in the game is so tedious. Minecraft was atrocious for this for so long with crafting recipes, but lately I've been playing a modded version with @ShiraNoMai and it sucks how so many of the mods will have links to their CurseForge page, but when I go there it barely tells me anything I need to know about it. What do these blocks do? We're not telling you. Where can I find this item? Zero hints. Just....ugh, it's stupid to offer things in your mod but then make them unusable because the player doesn't know how to use them. Doh

Oh, even more annoying; you can only pre-order the fancy Collector's Edition on their store. You can't go to the game's page and pre-order it there; you'll only find the Digital versions to pre-order! (It's also 200 dollars, which is making me cry inside)

One of the big things that drives me up a wall is secrets that are hidden behind non-sensical things that you would have no reason to naturally do. I could go to my go-to example of this (Final Fantasy X. If you know, you know), but I actually have a different one. In Xenosaga episode 1, there's an email you can get to invest in a company that will pay dividends later in the form of cheaper items. In order to get the email, you have to go the OPPOSITE DIRECTION of where you're told to go, taking a longer path, and that's not the part that makes no sense. No, what makes no sense is you only get the email while standing in one specific position, and if you go down the path the wrong way, you don't get the email. And this email is missable; you don't get another shot at it!

The official site for Digimon Story Time Stranger lets me pick the Collector's Edition (although it does send me to a new window to the Bandai Store), but it oddly doesn't feature the Ultimate Edition at all. It tells you the CE comes with the contents from the Ultimate Edition, but going by just the game website you'd think it means the content from the Digital Ultimate because it's the only one listed with that name.
