Unicorn Ovelord
Going through the Beast nation and progressing the story. Did a neat stage where there were two opposing armies at once plus random third (or would rather be fourth) party enemies dotted about the area. I could've cleared it all but I chose to stick closer to what the story kind of wanted which was to defeat the two armies and get them to align with each other, so don't defeat every unit they have. There was also a choice to align yourself with one side to take on the other or vice-versa, but it may have resulted in not being able to recruit the opposing leader.
Genshin Impact
Dailies and trying to get specific artifacts for some characters, but RNG is useless.
Wuthering Waves
Playing a lot more than GI, new patch, new character that I got. I was scouting the map for loot/chests that give Astrite (game currency for pulling) and completing quests before the patch, and my aim is to keep that up, 100% map areas, complete events and any quests I get.

The Sims 4.
Trying to get back into it, since I've been ignoring my Sims for too long . Wasn't too eventful, though: one of my Sims built a snowman, but that was about as exciting as it got!

If you haven't played Valheim, you'll be begging for Grounded again xD. No but I agree, it's a tough start for sure. I love the exploration in that game though.
Recently beat Moonlighter and Cult of the Lamb. Both had a fun little gameloop between dungeon runs where you can upgrade the town and buy new upgrades, but honestly felt like Moonlighter had the stronger loop. Cult of the Lamb was somewhat boring once everything was upgraded, and it's sooo easy to do. Cult of the Lamb had the better story, though I'd be hard pressed to call either one an interesting story to begin with. Still, Moonlighter's was laughably bad and quite an abrupt ending.
Beat Stray as well. Amazing game, great story. Just wish the ending had better closure.
Currently playing through Assassin's Creed Odyssey. That will take me a while...

Hmm, I had interest in CotL when it first came out but for as much as I enjoyed Moonlighter, I found I immediately stopped giving a shit to beat the game once I beat the fourth dungeon boss, so I doubt CotL would fare much better for me. Although if the ending to Moonlighter is bad like you say then maybe it's a good thing I didn't keep going.
Yeah, Stray's ending is a little too open ended for me. I've seen theories that the cat does make it back to the others based on people mapping out where the game starts and ends and concluding both locations are very close to each other, which I think the devs commented on but I can't recall now.

Victoria 3
I played this as Sweden a while ago - and now, I've started another playthrough as Brazil. It got off to a bad start, with two rebellions against my rule - one on the north, and one in the south. I was able to squash the southern rebellion - but unfortunately not the northern one, so the north of the country broke away.
Since then, I've been biding my time and building up my economy - but I did manage to reclaim half of the breakaway territory!

Little Kitty, Big City! Finally finished the previous game I was playing for months. I feel dumb though because I just started and am already stuck, so we'll see how I get on. It's so cute though. \o/

I recall there being some minor puzzles in that game being like, more complicated than expected, so don't feel too bad. Ultimately the game is adorable as heck, so have fun with it. If you can't solve something right away, there's always some other fun kitty things to do elsewhere

If you've not played it yet and really enjoy LKBC I'd highly recommend checking out Stray. It has similar gameplay but has more focus on story compared to LKBC.

Manic Miners
I'm only two missions away from the end of this game now! The one I did today was pretty challenging: I had to collect 90 Energy Crystals, all while my base was being pummelled by Rock Monsters (who liked to smash my buildings with their fists) and Slimy Slugs (who liked to drain power from my buildings by sucking on them).
One of the larger slugs decided to chase my Chrome Crusher around the caverns:

@ Kyng I was about to question why that game title lacked the word Lego at the start when I saw that screenshot, but I see that the game is a fan remake and so probably removed the term to avoid copyright issues. Looks like it has some good fan support too going by this biome replacement mod for the game.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown (PS5)
Got this for my birthday and finally started it today. Dang this game is good, and I adore the art style! It's a shame that the game suffered sales wise from being attached to Ubisoft and an IP they've historically handled poorly.

Yeah, in spite of the fact that the game doesn't have 'LEGO' in the title, there are quite a few LEGO logos present within the game itself (although they do make it clear that it's a fan remake, and not an official LEGO game!)
Glad to hear you're enjoying the Prince of Persia game - although, it's a pity it's suffered in sales. But, since it's been so well-received, maybe this will start to turn things around .
Anyway, to answer the question again: the last game I played was Victoria 3. I'm still playing as Brazil, and I'm up to the late 1800s now... starting to build power stations so I can electrify my economy .

Genshin Impact
Doing dailies, events and co-op as part of my dailies using the resin for domains. Oh and Spiral Abyss before the rest for my two F2Ps last night. Still need to do my dailies for NA today though.
Wuthering Waves
Same as Genshin but minus the co-op part, plus need to play today as well which I'll do later. Got Yinlin early in a pull session where I was going only for a 4-star but was still happy Yinlin turned up before Lumi did, otherwise I doubt I would have actually pulled for Yinlin after I got Lumi or in future banners.
Scrabble Online
Got my arse handed to me by Master difficulty. I really wanted to be at that level, maybe I still could, but a 11 loss in a row made me go back to Hard. My Master win ratio is unfortunately 18-46-2(draw), while my Hard is a better 81-39.
